These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the official website, registration portals, film submission systems, ticketing platforms, accreditation services, and other digital services of the International Film Festival of Jammu & Kashmir (“IFFJK”, “Festival”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By accessing, browsing, registering, submitting content, purchasing tickets, or otherwise using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please discontinue use of the website and related services.

These Terms apply to all visitors, delegates, filmmakers, jury members, media representatives, partners, vendors, sponsors, and other users of the website.

The International Film Festival of Jammu & Kashmir (IFFJK) is organized by the Directorate of Information & Public Relations (DIPR), Government of Jammu & Kashmir, in association with designated partner organizations and agencies.

The official IFFJK website serves as a digital platform for:

• Delegate registration

• Accreditation

• Ticketing, where applicable

• Event and screening schedules

• Misuse Festival registration, submission, accreditation, or ticketing systems.

Violation of these conditions may result in suspension of access, cancellation of registration, and appropriate legal action.

• Festival branding and trademarks

• Text and written content

• Graphics and illustrations

• Photographs

• Videos and trailers

• Audio content

• Publications

• Posters and promotional materials

is owned by, licensed to, or used with permission by IFFJK and/or the respective copyright or intellectual property rights holders.

No website content may be copied, reproduced, republished, modified, distributed, displayed, transmitted, or commercially exploited without prior written permission from the relevant rights holder.

Logos, trademarks, film posters, trailers, photographs, and promotional materials belonging to filmmakers, production companies, partners, sponsors, or other third parties remain the property of their respective owners.

Unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.

Users may submit films, documents, photographs, information, applications, or other materials through the website.

By submitting content, you confirm that:

• You have the necessary rights, permissions, licences, and authority to submit the content.

• The content does not unlawfully infringe the rights of any third party.

• The information provided is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

Where necessary for Festival administration, evaluation, promotion, programming, screening, archival, or communication purposes, you grant IFFJK permission to process and use submitted materials in accordance with applicable Festival rules, submission guidelines, and this Privacy Policy.

You remain responsible for the content and materials submitted by you.

Submission of a film to IFFJK does not guarantee:

• Official Selection

• Screening at the Festival

• Nomination

• Award

• Accreditation

• Invitation

• Festival participation

All film selection, programming, scheduling, screening, and categorization decisions shall be made by the Festival Programming Committee, Selection Committee, Jury, and/or authorized Festival representatives.

The decisions of the Selection Committee, Festival Authorities, and Jury shall be final, subject to applicable Festival rules.

IFFJK reserves the right to modify the screening schedule, category, venue, or programming arrangements where operationally necessary.

Submission of an accreditation application does not guarantee approval.

IFFJK reserves the right to accept, reject, suspend, or cancel accreditation requests in accordance with Festival policies, eligibility requirements, security considerations, capacity limitations, or operational requirements.

Accreditation badges or credentials are non-transferable unless otherwise expressly permitted.

Tickets, delegate registrations, invitations, passes, and accreditation credentials may be subject to specific Festival rules and entry conditions.

IFFJK reserves the right to:

• Verify the identity of registered users or pass holders.

• Refuse entry where Festival rules are violated.

• Cancel registrations obtained through fraudulent or misleading information.

• Modify event access arrangements for security, operational, or administrative reasons.

Users are responsible for reviewing specific registration, ticketing, and event entry conditions before participation.

Where applicable, payments may be collected for:

• Delegate registration

• Festival registration

• Ticket purchases

• Submission fees

• Merchandise

• Other Festival-related services

Payments may be processed through secure third-party payment gateways.

IFFJK does not directly store full credit/debit card numbers, card expiry dates, CVV details, or other sensitive card authentication information on its website.

Payment information is processed by authorized third-party payment service providers in accordance with their applicable terms and security practices.

Refunds, cancellations, and payment reversals, where applicable, shall be governed by the relevant Festival Registration Rules, Ticketing Policy, Film Submission Rules, or specific service conditions.

Certain registrations, submission fees, delegate fees, or ticket purchases may be non-refundable.

Users are advised to review the applicable refund or cancellation conditions before making payment.
